To use any of the services below, you need to "Join" and create a Forms.com URL / Domain for where you will be publishing your forms.

or http://www.forms.com/YourCompanyName/

After you create your Forms.com Domain, you can also create your own Form Menu using your Company logo so that when your users go to http://www.forms.com/YourCompanyName/, they will get a Menu of Forms you have made available.

Forms.com has a tool that lets you create your own HTML Forms. Once your Form is created, we'll automatically create the database structure for the form. You just need to decide how you want your Automated Form Data Report to look.
Upload Your Forms
Forms.com has Patent Pending technology that allows you to upload an HTML form and related images (PDF coming soon) and Forms.com will automatically create the database structure for the form. You just need to decide how you want your Automated Form Data Report to look.
You can also upload any other type of form such as PDF, WORD, EXCEL, JETFORM for hosting at your Forms.com Domain Name.
