The Comcast? Form Enginesm script is intended for use by Comcast Commercial Online Communications, Inc. customers. It is capable of processing HTML forms and sending all data collected to a specified email address. The Comcast Form Engine is also capable of generating auto-reply email messages and form data validation.
The Comcast Form Engine uses the settings you specify to process the form a certain way. These settings/instructions are embedded as hidden form fields. They get sent to the user's browser along with the the rest of the form fields, but they are not displayed to the user. When the user submits the form back to the web server, those hidden fields are also submitted... and the script processes accordingly.
