I set a password for form submission but it does not prompt me for a password when I go to submit. What's wrong?
If you are logged in as yourself then the system will not request a password since you have management privileges to the form. Also, if you logout of Form-engine.com Forms and then submit once to the form, giving the password, then subsequent submissions will not require a password.
