You should always use the REGISTERED email address and password to log in.
If you still cannot log in, try these.
Double check to see if you have typed both your email address and password correctly. Sometimes you may leave out or mistype an alphabet. make sure you are typing your email address exactly as it appeared when you registered. Most email addresses will look like yourname@form-engine.com. Also make sure you are typing your password exactly as you typed it when you registered, paying close attention to capital letters you might have used.
If that does not work, try reloading/refreshing your screen and then login. This will resolve any problems you may have.

Logging in is easy!
Click on the Login link, and enter your email address and password. Once logged in, you can update your form submission, build new forms, view your customer's responses to the forms, post content and news, and perform a variety of other functions.
